As Manager, Production & Quality at StackAdapt, your role will be the heartbeat of our creative engine, where you'll hire, train, and empower our talented team to deliver outstanding work. You'll orchestrate resources with finesse, ensuring every project is executed flawlessly, on time, and to the highest standards. As the maestro of our creative symphony, you'll streamline workflows, optimize processes, and ensure seamless communication and execution. You will be the guardian of our digital assets, ensuring accessibility and organization, while also managing our technical resources to keep our systems running efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

  • Hiring, training, and elevating a production team comprised of graphic designers, motion designers, developers, and other creative roles.
  • Effectively allocating staff resources based on skills, interests, and workload to ensure all projects are completed on time, on spec, and to the highest quality.
  • Overseeing and proactively improving workflows for briefing, creative development, resourcing, scheduling, quality control, reviews, sign-off, and asset delivery.
  • Provide air traffic control for a high-volume team when needed for communication, rush requests, and escalations. 
  • Sourcing, evaluating, negotiating rates, and managing vendors to fulfill production needs or expand services.
What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a people manager role within the creative or advertising industries, ideally specializing in digital executions or creative resourcing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic and advertising industries, technologies, and processes. 
  • Proven experience managing client and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand your audience and promote teamwork across different departments.
  • Possess a curious and analytical mindset with proficiency in project management software and digital advertising platforms, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize production processes
